During the Brown vs. Board of Education case, the Brown children had to walk for miles on end to get to school. They had a school a lot closer to them, but it was segregated and they were colored students. The case eventually went to court. As the news article says, “Court Ruling is Unanimous,” meaning that the answer was clear. These students had to walk so many mile through bad parts of town to get a sub-par education. So, segregation was banned in schools. White students and colored students would now go to school together. This would give all students a better education along with saving money because there could be less schools. Also, colored students and white students wouldn’t disrespect each other and could learn each other’s culture.
